The Chef celebrates fresh and seasonal produce. Olivier ROUHIER's cuisine and its kitchen team invite you on a gourmet journey into the heart of the rich region of Burgundy. Snail pastries, kidney stew, sweetbread with morel mushrooms and even the Burgundy-style rib steak and duck fillets with blackcurrant will titillate your taste buds.
The Chef serves his famous dishes with Burgundy wines. The wine list gives pride of place to vintages produced by local winemakers: the perfect accompaniment for your favourite dishes.

It can accommodate up to 70 diners.
