Booking conditions

In order to guarantee your reservation, we require you to provide us with your credit card number or pay a deposit. We kindly ask you to arrive at the hotel before 6 pm and to inform us in the event of a late arrival.
For bookings subject to the payment of a deposit, please note that the booking remains subject to the receipt of the deposit before the agreed deadline. Payment is made in full at the hotel.

Cancellation conditions

In the case of a credit card guarantee, the deadline for a free cancellation is 48 hours before the arrival date. For a cancellation received less than 48 hours before the arrival date, your account will be debited for the cost of one night.
In the case of a guarantee paid by a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation.
In the case of a no show, your account will be debited for the minimum cost of one night.

To cancel your booking:
- if you made your booking via a reservation service, please contact the same service to cancel. The cancellation is effective on receipt of a confirmation e-mail from us.

- if you made the booking direct at our hotel, please contact us by e-mail or by telephone.
